What is our return policy?
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Items purchased at CIRCUS MACHINE must be returned in perfect, unused condition, free from damage, stains, odors, or any other condition that prevents resale as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and any elements included as part of the packaging, within 14 days of receiving the shipment to qualify for a refund.
Purchases made through the website can be returned both online and at any of our physical stores. However, purchases made in physical stores can only be returned to the corresponding store.
EXTENDED RETURN POLICY:
Orders can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
SPAIN (IBERIAN PENINSULA):
For exchanges and returns of orders shipped to Spain, access the following link: Returns & Exchanges Portal. Returns have a cost of €4.90, and exchanges cost €2.95, processed through a drop-off point.
You can exchange an item that has already been exchanged previously, but returns of previously exchanged items will not be accepted.
EUROPEAN UNION & REST OF THE WORLD:
For returns from the EU and beyond, exchanges for a different product or size are not possible. To initiate a return, access our Returns & Exchanges Portal. There are two return options: self-shipping or prepaid shipping labels. The cost of the latter depends on the region and will be calculated in the returns portal.
For prepaid labels, packages must be dropped off at a FedEx office or home pickup can be arranged at no extra cost. Items must be deposited for return within 15 days. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used during purchase within 5–10 business days after the item reaches our warehouse. During collection launches, holiday campaigns, Black Friday, or other peak shipping periods, return processing times may slightly vary.
REFUNDS
Refunds within Spain are processed immediately after completing the details in the returns portal. You’ll receive your money right after completing the process.
Refunds for international orders will be processed via the original payment method used during purchase within 5–10 business days after the item reaches our warehouse. During collection launches, holiday campaigns, Black Friday, or other peak shipping periods, return processing times may slightly vary.
What if the item I receive is damaged or defective?
We work hard to ensure our garments are of the highest quality and free from defects.
However, if you’re concerned about a defective or damaged item, please submit a request through this form, attaching photos.
All items we sell are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Defective products may be subject to inspection before a refund or exchange. This may involve returning the product to our Returns Center for evaluation.
